Centre Manager The Centre Manager has overall responsibility for the course, the students and staff. They are responsible for the course finances as well as the discipline and safety of all students. Students will see the Centre Manager every day at the morning meeting. £560-£605/week plus £67.59-£73.02/week statutory annual leave payment ![]() Organising study tours is a key part of this role. Student Services Director Student Services Directors are responsible for managing the houseparent team and the course administration staff to ensure high levels of service and pastoral care, organising study tours, coordinating transport and managing accommodation and catering provision at the host schools. £455/week plus £54.92/week statutory annual leave payment Director of Studies The Director of Studies manages the teachers and is responsible for allocating students to the correct class based on their language ability. If students have concerns about their class, they can always talk to the Director of Studies. £455/week plus £54.92/week statutory annual leave payment
Activities Director The Activities Director manages the Activity Leaders and is responsible for planning, organising and running a fun and varied programme of activities and events, helping students to enjoy every minute of their time at Bell. £455/week plus £54.92/week statutory annual leave payment
Airport Coordinator Airport Coordinators are responsible for ensuring students are welcomed and cared for on arrival in the UK, transported to and from their summer young learner centre and supervised through to the departure gate. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering the transfer service, including close liaison with Airport Assistants, young learner centres and airline and immigration staff. £455/week plus £54.92/week statutory annual leave payment
Houseparents Each accommodation house has a Houseparent, who is responsible for the welfare and care of all students in that house. They make sure students feel safe, comfortable and happy on the course and are always available to discuss any concerns. Houseparents will also participate in the activity programme and lead students on study tours so should be enthusiastic and willing to throw themselves into a varied role. £355/week plus £42.85/week statutory annual leave payment
Course Assistants Course Assistants assist with the administrative tasks of the young learner programme and are also involved in activities and excursions. £254/week plus £30.66/week statutory annual leave payment EFL Teachers Teachers' classes are graded by ability, with students working on a mixture of language skills and project work. Teachers prepare students for their study tours, including work to be completed on the tour. Teachers also participate in the activity programme and with house duties so should be enthusiastic and willing to throw themselves into a varied role. £355/week plus £42.85/week statutory annual leave payment
Activity Leaders Each course has a number of activity leaders who run both sports and arts and crafts sessions and play a key role in organising the evening events. Activity leaders will also lead students on study tours and participate in the house duties so should be enthusiastic and willing to throw themselves into a varied role. £355/week plus £42.85/week statutory annual leave payment
Airport Assistants Airport Assistants are responsible for travelling in Bell transport with other staff to a specified airport and greeting the group of students arriving on that day. They will be expected to ensure students are accounted for at all times and safely put onto the coach returning to the relevant site(s). Airport Assistants are generally non-residential. £83.60 day rate (non-residential) ![]() Organising study tours is a key part of this role.
