About the centre

MPI-Bell managed by Macao Polytechnic Institute is one of three centres in China. The centre opened in October 2003 and specialises in providing English for Specific Purposes to clients including government departments and the tourism and leisure industry. In 2008, MPI-Bell opened a sub-centre, the Macao-Xinjiang English Centre, in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China.

Accreditation and awards

  • The only International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and The Teachers Knowledge Test (TKT) testing centre in Macao

Facilities

  • Located on the eighth floor of a spacious and modern building
  • State-of-the-art training rooms, a computer language laboratory and film studio
