The Bell network of Partner Schools in Thailand is an association of independent language centres and language programmes established by Bell in partnership with four of the most prestigious private schools and colleges in Thailand.

In collaboration with these long-established institutions, Bell Partner Schools and Programmes in Thailand share a commitment to academic excellence, and the highest standards of management and staff development. Bell language programmes provide primary and secondary level English to students of the host colleges as part of the Thai English language curriculum, and offer in-service teacher development programmes to Thai teachers of English and other subjects such as Maths and science. One centre (Praphamontree II School) also offers bilingual courses in Maths and Science through English. All language centres operate independently, but bring together resources and expertise to benefit their staff and clients.

Young Learner EFL Teaching Posts

Bell Thailand seeks to recruit enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated CELTA and DELTA qualified EFL teachers on a year round basis.

Bell has four partner language centres and projects in Bangkok, Samut Prakarn and Thonburi teaching English to young learners within private schools and colleges. These posts involve 21 hours of classroom teaching weekly to Thai or Japanese students in secondary and primary English programmes.

Recruitment is co-ordinated from Cambridge, UK but interviews are also held in Bangkok, Shanghai and Macau.

Job requirements for Thailand:

degree + CELTA or equivalent
degree + post-graduate certificate or diploma in education (PGCE)
experience of and/or interest in teaching English to young learners
dependable, culturally sensitive teachers who can work as part of a team
enthusiasm and a commitment to joining in fully with school life

Benefits:

two year (24 month) or one year (12 month) renewable contract (contracts are with Thai partner schools)
21 contact teaching hours per week, plus cover if required
gross salary range (dependent upon qualifications and experience): 42,000 – 54,000 Thai Baht per month (degree + RSA CELTA), or 46,000 - 58,000 (PGCE in relevant area), or 55,000 – 62,000 (DELTA), or 56,000 – 67,000 for Subject Teacher Maths/Science
2 single economy airfares for staff recruited outside of Thailand (two-year contracts) or 1 single economy airfare for staff recruited outside of Thailand (one-year contract).
