Mike Foster Mike is responsible for developing Bell’s language and education provision outside the UK. For the last 19 years, Mike has worked in international business development, sales leadership, and relationship management roles. For much of his career, Mike has been based in the Middle East, but has experience working in European, Asian, and African markets. Mike worked in software and consumer industries before taking on senior international business development roles in the education sector. |

Brian Hart Brian has been in the field of EFL since 1989, working as a teacher, teacher trainer and manager in Spain and the UK. Since 2003 he has been Director of Studies at Bell Cambridge, where he has helped develop the University Foundation Programme and Masters Preparation Programme. |

Jim Kell Jim is Director of Operations at Bell. He has an MA in Applied Linguistics and the DELTA, and has worked for more than 20 years in ELT in the UK, Portugal and China – as a teacher, teacher trainer, materials writer, consultant, and manager. He has presented at international conferences and exhibitions throughout the world, has published a wide variety of articles and materials, and regularly carries out overseas consultancy work for Bell. |

![]() Loraine Kennedy
Loraine Kennedy Loraine has been working in ELT for over 20 years in the Far East, the Middle East and in Europe, specialising in business English and business skills training as well as ELT management. During her time as Head of Business Communications in Hong Kong, Loraine worked with over 300 organisations in a wide range of professions and industries providing ELT solutions for staff. Her current professional focus is on corporate strategy, blended learning programmes for busy people and on the use of technology in ELT teaching and learning. |

![]() Will Kinsman
Will Kinsman 15 years’ Sales & Marketing experience in service industries (primarily financial services and employee benefits/HR consulting). Three years as Marketing Controller with Norwich Union, then four years as Head of Marketing for MGM Assurance, a specialist investment, pension and insurance provider and Britain’s longest registered company. Recruited to set up a greenfield marketing function for William M Mercer before joining Charles Schwab, NYSE-listed US financial services group as European Sales & Marketing Director. Took up his current post in March 2006. Professionally qualified with a degree in English from the University of Birmingham. |

Bruce Milne Bruce has been with Bell for over 20 years. He started working for the overseas division in Saudi Arabia and China before moving on to work at Bell Saffron Walden as a teacher, teacher trainer and academic manager. He now works in the marketing department with responsibility for promoting closed groups and teachers courses. |

Sarah Pettit Sarah has previously worked for a number of educational institutions including Anglia Ruskin University and University College London Anglia Ruskin undertaking a variety of roles including Study Abroad Adviser and International Recruitment Officer. Sarah joined Bell in December 2008 and is responsible for the day to day management of the University Preparation Programmes which includes providing higher education advice service for students. |

Jim Scrivener Jim is Head of Teacher Development for Bell and is internationally known as an author and trainer. He has worked in many countries, including two years in Kenya, three in the USSR and seven in Hungary. He has written more than twenty books including Learning Teaching (Frank Bell prize 1995) and Oxford Basics: Teaching Grammar. He is also a regular writer for onestopenglish.com. |

Eric Squires Eric has held a number of senior educational posts in the UK and overseas and was Director of Studies of a leading International Study Centre before coming to Bell Bedgebury International School. He is a science graduate from Bristol University and holds a masters degree in educational management. |

Ali Talbot Ali has been the Head of Bell Bedgebury Language Centre since March 2009. She has been involved in teaching English and training teachers for the last 11 years. Ali has lived and taught in Germany, France, Malaysia and New Zealand. She has a Masters in foreign languages and is currently working towards an MA in Educational Management. |
